| Robin Farrer
(Partner – Hampton)
Robin qualified as a Solicitor in 1977 and joined the practice in 1989. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. The areas of work he deals with are: Wills, probate, estate administration and associated tax planning; commercial property, including business leases and small scale developments; business transfers; buying, selling and mortgaging houses and flats. He is the Clerk to the Hampton Parochial Charities.

| Ruth Munby
(Partner – Teddington)
Ruth qualified as a Solicitor in 1977 and joined the firm in 1993. She is an Accredited Specialist with Resolution (previously known as the Solicitors’ Family Law Association), holds a Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling and is trained in Collaborative Law.
She deals with a wide range of family law issues including divorce and financial settlements, pre-nuptial agreements and living together agreements. She also specialises in children’s matters including residence, contact and specific issues such as religion and education.
Ruth also deals with residential conveyancing and often prepares Declarations of Trust regulating the shares in a property purchased by cohabiting couples or family members.
Her calm, sympathetic but practical approach has led many of her clients to recommend her to their family and friends.

| Graham Whitworth
(Partner – Teddington)
Graham qualified as a Solicitor in 1979, and established the firm of Graham Whitworth & Co in Hounslow in 1985, becoming a partner in Cozens Moxon & Harts when the two firms merged on 1 October 2005. He has wide experience of different types of legal business, including civil litigation, but now deals mainly with commercial and residential conveyancing, Wills and Probate (including Inheritance Tax planning). He also deals with Enduring Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work (for people unable to manage their own affairs) and giving general legal advice to small and medium-sized businesses. He also has experience of helping churches and other charities with the legal advice and services they need. Graham is a member of the Charity Law Association.

Janet Bond
(Solicitor – Hampton)
Janet qualified as a solicitor in 1976. After practising for 6 years in Twickenham, she ran her own very personal practice in Hampton for many years. She joined Cozens Moxon & Harts in 2001, and mostly deals with the sales, purchases and re-mortgages of houses and flats. She can also advise on and deal with equity release and other property arrangements for the elderly, and shared ownership schemes, etc.

Richard Morris
(Solicitor – Teddington)
Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1988. He is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners.
He has wide experience in dealing with probate, wills and estate planning. His work also includes preparation of Enduring Powers of Attorney, applications to the Court of Protection and residential conveyancing. His approach is meticulous and thorough.

Chris Macey (Conveyancing Executive – Teddington)
Chris joined Harts in 1974, and has been dealing with sales and purchases of flats and houses and also re-mortgages for the last 20 years.
Her loyal client following comprises a wide range of property owners, from experienced investors and dealers, who value her efficiency, to first time buyers, who appreciate her reassuring support.
